Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with UK Privacy Store. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Some items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us via our Contact page with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if possible.
We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process once it arrives.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return your order and place a new one.
